Important information about using this website - These website terms and conditions apply to your use of the www.christy.cz website and each of the pages within it (the "Website"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the Website you are showing that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Website.

The Website is owned by Spectre,s.r.o. ("Christy Towels", "we" or "us") and these terms and conditions are issued by Spectre ,s.r.o., with its company seat at Bořivojova 1081/40, Praha 3, 130 00, registered in the commercial register section C, file 147840, held n the Prague Municipal Court.
You, the Buyer, are a customer of our internet shop. If you purchase goods for your own personal use, you are considered to be the end consumer. In this case, you are protected by the Czech civil code.
If you purchase our goods for your company or using your entrepreneurial certificate, you are considered to be a contractor, and are protected by Czech company law.
The Seller (Supplier) is we, Spectre, s.r.o.
Placing an order
By placing an order from our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with some or all of these Terms & Conditions, please contact us before you place your order, on +420 728 858 799 or by mail on info@christy.cz, or by post at the address below.
Placing an order on the Webpage constitutes an offer on the part of you, the Buyer to purchase goods for the price stated on the order form.
As soon as you have placed an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. The order is considered to be accepted as soon as we have processed and posted your goods. A purchase contract is considered to have been executed on your receipt of the goods.
Payment terms
Prices and availability of goods may be changed without prior notice. Valid prices are confirmed on placing your order. In the case that the price is higher than that shown in your order form, we will immediately inform you of this fact. You may then either accept or decline the delivery.
To pay for your goods you may use one of the following methods:
Cash on delivery
You may pay in cash on delivery by Czech Post.
Bank transfer - Raiffeisen ekonto
If your bank account is held in Raiffeisen, nothing could be easier – after choosing to pay using this method at the checkout, you will be transferred to the secure payment terminal of Raiffeisen Bank where you may transfer the payment. We then receive the amount within minutes.
We will then send your goods either the same day (if payment is received before 12.00) or the next working day.
Bank transfer (other banks)
Here you may transfer the total amount payable for your order to our bank account. When you complete an order, all necessary details will be displayed for you to make the payment – amount, our bank account number, and the unique order number. An order confirmation also containing this information will be sent to your email address. After transfer, we usually receive the amount on our bank account within 1-3 working days. When we receive the payment, we will immediately send your order.

Payment cards ensure immediate payment of your order, rather than a normal bank transfer of up to 3 days, or the necessity of having cash to pay the postman.
We will be able to send your goods either the same day (if payment is received before 12.00).
Our website and company employees never come into contact with your card details. Card payments are handled outside our website by Raiffeisen Bank’s secure payment transfer system. Please click here to open a new browser window with Raiffeisen’s security statement.
Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. We expect to deliver your order within 5 working days, although the majority of orders arrive within 48 hours in the Czech Republic. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Czech Republic
Personal pickup
You will soon be able to pick up your goods at any time during normal working hours at the following address: Máchova 23, 120 00, Praha 2 Vinohrady (close to the Jana Masaryka tram stop). Until that is possible, please give us a call when you would like to pick up your goods, and we‘ll meet you at the above address. You may pay by cash when picking up your goods, or beforehand by bank transfer or payment card over the internet (we’re sorry – we don’t yet accept payment cards at the stock room).
Delivery by Czech Post – Business Package
With this method, Czech Post delivers goods the day following postage. If you are not at home, Czech Post will place the parcel at your closest Post Office and will leave a notice in your post box. You may pick up the goods from the Post Office within 7 days, otherwise they will be sent back to us. Please be aware that resent itmes will be recharged to you.
Prices for the service are:
For orders up to 3000 Kč, paid by bank transfer or payment card, postage will be charged at 80Kč.
For orders up to 3000Kč, paid by cash on delivery, postage will be charged at 80Kč plus CoD fee at 40Kč – totalling 120Kč.
For orders over 3000 Kč, paid by bank transfer or payment card, postage is free.
For orders over 3000 Kč, paid by cash on delivery, a CoD fee of 40Kč will be charged
We recommend that you pay by bank transfer or payment card, security is guaranteed – please see Security for more information.
Slovakia
We are happy to deliver to Slovakia using the Czech Post business package service. Currently, Slovak customers may only pay by card online. The price for the delivery is calculated as follows:
For orders up to 5000 czk postage is 280 czk
For orders over 5000 czk postage is free.

Change or cancellation of your order
If you need to change or cancel your order, or if you have any questions, please contact our customer services department on +420 728 858 799 or at prodej@christy.cz . For faster processing, pleas include your order number. Cancellation of orders is only possible before we send them to you, or you pick them up.
Goods return – your rights
At Christy we aim to give an immaculate service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.
If you are not happy with your Christy goods please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Included in your order you will receive an invoice with a return form on the reverse. Please complete all the details on the returns form for each item you are returning including the reason for your return. (Reasons stated on returns form). Please give as many comments as you can. These are very useful for us, in order to improve our service in the future.
We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Important
• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference (less postage charges)
• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed.
• If returning goods, we will pay you back the amount for the item but not for our costs in delivering the item to you
Please note that we cannot exchange items that have been washed, or damaged.
We reserve the right to cancel some or all of the order in the case that the item is no longer manufactured or available, or in the case that the item is not economically viable for us to sell. In this case we will inform you without delay, on order to agree next steps. If you have already paid all or some of the purchase price, the amount will be returned to you as soon as possible, latest within 30 days from the cancellation of the order.
Our guarantee
After receipt of the items, please carefully read the care instructions included, and follow them for the life of the product. In the unlikely event that you find a defect in the product we will refund or replace the item. A later claim of mechanical defect will, understandably, not be possible for us to process.
The length of the guarantee is, by law, 24 months. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the item, and may not be classed as a defect.
Regarding guarantee claims, defects may be:
• repairable
in which case you have the right to our free, full and prompt repair of the defect, the right to a replacement or a part of the product. If this is not possible, or applicable, you have the right to a fair discount from the purchase price, or to withdraw from the purchase contract.
• non-repairable, impairs normal product use,
in which case you have the right for a replacement or refund.
• repairable, but in several occurrences, or the defect occurs repeatedly
in which case you have the right for a replacement or refund.
• Other non-repairable defects which do not necessitate product replacement,
In which case you have the right to a fair discount from the purchase price, or to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Closing provisions
These Terms & Conditions are valid as of 1.4.2009.
These Terms & Conditions are possible to be reproduced and stored by the Buyer. On executing the purchase contract, the Buyer accepts all Terms & Conditions as they are written on the day of purchase, including the price of the ordered goods as displayed in the order confirmation, unless in certain cases provably agreed otherwise.
