How to order
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, in order to reach customers living in the Czech Republic within 3 working days. In the case that an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll inform you of the delay, and send it to you the moment we receive it.
We make every effort to ensure that the product description and specification is as faithful as possible. However, every computer monitor displays colours differently, so small variations in colours to the original may occur.
How do I buy?
Shopping at our e-shop is easy – as you can see from the guide below. However, if you have any questions at all, write to us at prodej@christy.cz or call Andrea on +420 728 858 799 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
1. Searching for and choosing your items
You may find items by:
• Clicking on a category on the top menu bar
• Organise by colour, popularity, or price in the pull down menu.
• Find your product by keyword in the search box.
2. Product detail

Each product listing gives a short description of the item, its material, colour and other information.
You can click on the photo to get more pictures and zoom in.
Other products that go well with the product are also listed in the lower part of the screen.
3. Amount of items, choice of colour
In the table beneath your chosen product you may choose the number, size and colour of the items you require. Then click on the ‘Add to basket’ button. Please click on this button for each line individually.
Please note that, for flexibility, we sell pillowcases separately to the duvet covers.
4. Shopping basket

All pages contain a shopping basket icon in the top right of the page. You may click on this to check your current purchase at any time.
5. Order verification

Please check your order once again before finally clicking the order button.
Please ensure that you’ve bought pillowcases to go with your duvet cover, and that you have the correct size of bedclothes for your bed, or towel size.
Items are clearly displayed on separate lines, and you still have the opportunity to change amounts, colours or entire items from your order.
The total purchase price is currently shown without postage or cash on delivery fees, which will be added to the amount.
6. Contact details and delivery address

Now click on the "Pay" button.
Please tap in your contact details, and delivery address, if different from the contact details.
If you are a registered user, simply log in, and your contact details are filled in for you.
You may tell us any special wishes or requirements in the free text field for each order.
7. Delivery and payment method
In the next step, please tick a delivery and payment method. If you choose online payment, your payment will then be processed by our banking partner through a secure server (we never see your card or account details), and you will then receive an email confirming your payment and order.
